Kutcha House:

– Constructed using non-durable materials such as unburnt bricks, stones, grass, reeds, mud, etc.

Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana Implementation

How To Monitoring Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana

It is the duty of the district collector to verify whether the scheme is being implemented correctly. Block Development Officers (BDOs) must inspect 10% of the houses built under the Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana. District-level officers must inspect 1% of the houses, and Assistant Project Director (Rural Housing) (APD (RH)) must inspect 10% of the district’s houses. Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana Timeline

If a beneficiary is constructing a larger house, they must first complete the core structure with a minimum carpet area of 25 square meters before proceeding with any extensions.

Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana Scheme Components

Biju Pakkaa Ghar Yojana (Normal): Under this scheme, the government will allocate funds to beneficiaries.
