What is the benefit of the scheme in Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana
In case of accidental death, the heir gets compensation of Rs. 4.00 lakh (Rs. Two lakh).
If any one of the vital organs of the body is permanently damaged, 50% of the amount i.e. Rs. 1,00 lakh (one lakh) is compensated. That is, in case of permanent loss of one arm or one leg or one eye due to an accident, a compensation of Rs. One lakh is given. .
Terms of the scheme in PM Security Bima Yojana
As the scheme has auto debit system, it is necessary to have balance in the account at the time of debit. (Usually auto debited in the last week of May). • The term of the scheme is from 1st June to 31st May.

Police have registered an FIR as protection is provided only against accidental death. Copy of (FI.R.).
